WC PO Importer is designed to minimize the amount of data transmitted outside your WooCommerce site.
For license activation, subscription management and usage control, the service may process installation metadata such as:
Purchase Orders, OCR text, customer addresses, products, prices and WooCommerce order contents are not sent to the license service.
When the hosted extraction service is used, the uploaded Purchase Order PDF is transmitted to the configured extraction service solely for document processing. Raw OCR content is not retained by the WordPress plugin after the review session unless explicitly configured otherwise.
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. Stripe may process payment and billing information according to its own privacy policy.
License, billing and technical usage metadata may be retained as required to operate the service, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain accounting records.
