What does WC PO Importer do?

It imports Purchase Order PDFs, extracts structured data, lets you review the result and creates WooCommerce orders.

Is there a free trial?

Eligible new installations receive a 14-day trial limited to 10 Purchase Orders successfully created in WooCommerce.

What counts toward the trial limit?

Only Purchase Orders successfully created in WooCommerce count toward the trial limit. A failed analysis or abandoned review does not consume a trial PO.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Where can I get my invoices?

Invoices and subscription details are available through the secure billing portal.

Are my Purchase Orders sent to the license service?

No. Purchase Orders, OCR text, customer addresses, products, prices and WooCommerce order contents are not sent to the license service.

Where does document extraction happen?

When using the hosted extraction service, the PDF is transmitted to the configured extractor endpoint for processing.
